Gary Jader

Gary has been in the healthcare marketplace for over twenty-six years, starting out as a nurse, moving to hospital administration as a Director; then transitioning to the vendor side in a variety of sales and marketing roles at 3M, UnitedHealth Group, and several start-up companies. His roles with these companies has consisted of Marketing Director, Sales Director, Mergers and Acquisition Management.
In addition, Gary has been an adjunct instructor for 16 years – teaching sales, marketing communications, consumer behavior and marketing management. To help his students, he wrote a book called "Marketing You" to help his students identify and leverage their personal brand.

Joe Ruhland has been the Managing Partner of Your Time Performance Agency for the past 12 years. Throughout his career, Joe has partnered with large device companies, assisted start-up healthcare companies, built channels to software companies and worked across the NHL and NFL implementing his strategist momentum-based approach. Joe has led and developed a training roadmap for dozens of healthcare, software and medical device companies, including Prime Therapeutics, Allina Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cardinal Health, while implementing a robust gap analysis model
His YTP team provides this approach through coaching, implementation and execution or YTP’s most in demand avenue, "In The Moment" Coaching and interactive solutions.
